Similar to 'Diablo', the foliage emerges a yellow-green but matures into bright, deep red that last all season long. With a plant height of 8-10' and a width of 8', the white flowers that bloom in spring add excitement to this shrub. Best to be planted in full sun, 'Center Glow' needs a well drained site. Developed by Dr. Harold Pellet and the University of Minnesota. Nugget is quick to establish. New growth is a deep golden yellow, turning lime green at maturity. Mature branches are dark brown with shedding bark.
